Triple XXX Racing have been a revelation since they first appeared on the scene four years ago with former Touring Car pilot Phonsy Mullan behind the wheel. Loud and brash, they are always colourful and always fast.

In season 2008 they stepped up to a new level after Phonsy claimed the hard fought Group A title, whilst this year, brothers Ted and Darek have stepped into the Group A boat full time and have always been podium contenders.

Never one to walk away from a challenge, Phonsy combined the best of both worlds by adopting an untried engine combination for his debut into the awe inspiring Unlimited Superboat class.

An expert in Chevrolet engine modifications, Phonsy combined his competitive urges with his day to day operation as a leading engine builder and tuner, debuting a 1500 plus horsepower powerplant which once started, is sure to have the crowd on their feet.

Sadly though, despite some impressive performances on his Unlimited debut, he has suffered a litany of mechanical failures, but remains confident he can crack the top step on the world championship podium in the not too distant future!!
